About the Role: They're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Programmatic Trading expert to join the team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the entire lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, from initial set-up to optimization. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to exceed client KPIs and drive campaign success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal campaign performance. Utilize DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, and internal BI systems. Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet client objectives. Leverage data analysis and trading expertise to deliver high-performing campaigns. Balance portfolio growth with profitability goals. Monitor and optimize campaign performance. Utilize data to inform buying decisions and surpass KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Support the monthly revenue reconciliation process. Identify and drive incremental opportunities. Requirements: 1-2 years of Programmatic Trading experience. Strong DSP experience (e.g., The Trade Desk, Xandr Invest, DV360). DMP experience (e.g., Semasio, Lotame, Adform, Liveramp). SSP experience (e.g., Xandr, Curate, Pubmatic, Freewheel, OpenX, Magnite). Project management tool experience (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana, Trello). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Proven commercial experience and strong client relationship management. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
