This is a part-time role, 12 hours per week, the role is across 2 sites, so driving licence is essential. Cleaner Responsibilities include Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated work areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, sanitising kitchens and toilet areas Removing and transporting waste to designated areas. Helping to ensure that individuals abide by the sustainability ethos of the company Carrying out periodic deep cleaning tasks and special projects, such as steam-cleaning hygienic areas or inside window cleaning Acting at all times in accordance with Forest Green Rovers published policies and procedures, including the Health and Safety policy, Code of Conduct and ensuring safe working methods are used at all times Working with all materials and products effectively and safely within the guidelines of health and safety and COSHH Ensuring that all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used as advised Conducting yourself in a positive and professional manner at all times Ensuring that all stores, products and equipment are kept secured and well maintained Providing cover for other members of staff during holidays, sickness or other absences and in emergencies Working within a small team effectively and efficiently, sometimes needing to perform duties under pressure within allotted time frames Working in a flexible environment, and willing to take on all tasks allocated reasonably About You You will ideally have a good track record of commercial cleaning to a high standard, working as part of a larger team. You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence, on a personal level and in combination with others, and show flexibility and a willingness to learn.
