Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Window Solutions
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Area Sales Manager for their Window Solutions division, responsible for business development in the South East. This external sales role involves working closely with fabricators, installers, trade counters, and engaging with architects, specifiers, main contractors, and other clients associated with PVC-U window products.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with fabricators, installers, and trade counters in the South East.
* Client Engagement: Actively engage with architects, specifiers, and main contractors to promote the benefits of our client’s window products.
* Market Knowledge: Utilise knowledge of the construction market in the South East to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
* Product Expertise: Assimilate knowledge of window products to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to clients.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong track record of success in sales performance.
* Networking: Leverage existing contacts within the fenestration market to enhance business opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
* Communication: Articulate product benefits and technical specifications clearly to clients at all levels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Proven experience in the construction market, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
* Fenestration Knowledge: Previous experience in the fenestration market is desirable, with familiarity in dealing with fabricators, contractors, installers, and architects.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and respond to market dynamics.
* Sales Driven: Target-driven individual with evidence of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Communication Skills: Highly articulate and numerate, capable of effective communication with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
