Sales Engineer / Account Manager
We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing business with a track record of:
1. Promoting previous Account Managers
2. Giving pay rises above 12% yearly
3. Providing excellent solutions to a range of customers in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and food markets.
You will inherit a large number of customers currently spending in excess of around £1.3 Million. In addition to managing these accounts, you will also find new business opportunities.
Currently, customer visits are virtual, but in time, face-to-face meetings will be expected. You will promote a wide range of solutions, including the design for bespoke solutions. To do this, you will work closely with the internal teams and Design Engineers.
This is an SME, so a positive mindset and a problem-solving attitude are essential. Every customer query is your responsibility to solve. While departments will assist, having one point of contact is vital for maintaining superior customer service compared to competitors.

* £45-55K

Requirements:
* Experience in a field sales or account management role
* Familiarity with handling orders in excess of £10K
* Track record of managing more than 15 accounts simultaneously
* Positive mindset
* Must reside in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, or surrounding areas
