Main duties of the job As a Newly Qualified Social Worker (NQSW) you will develop the knowledge and skills within a learning, nurturing environment, resulting in the development of you as a confident, competent social worker with a robust value base. Our programme will provide structure and support to ensure your individual learning needs are met. You will have a carefully selected caseload overseen by a ASYE Supervisor. This level of oversight and assistance will develop social workers for Buckinghamshire Council who can demonstrate excellence in practice. Upon completion of your ASYE, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Qualified Social Worker position.
