Position: Resident Liaison Officer
A Resident Liaison Officer is required to join the team with a large social housing contractor to work in Greater Manchester on kitchen and bathroom schemes. The duration of the contract is ongoing for 24 weeks but could turn into a permanent position.
Ideally, you will be an experienced resident liaison officer with knowledge of energy efficiency and/or planned maintenance programmes. You should possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and good IT skills.
Job Role Includes:
* Manage and provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Attend client representative and resident meetings, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
* Develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, and the local community.
* Maintain professionalism and high standards in all interactions.
* Provide an efficient, courteous, and professional service to all telephone callers.
* Generate and distribute written correspondence to residents in line with the programme of works.
* Carry out choice events, consultation events, and individual consultations with residents regarding future work.
* Maintain access to properties and visit residents' homes at the frequency determined by the scheme.
* Manage the Resident's complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
Essential Requirements:
* Driving Licence and own transport.
* Previous experience in a similar job role.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday working week - 8am - 4:30pm.
* Street Parking available.
