We have delivered more than 100 autonomous surface vehicle (ASV) systems. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful planning, execution and delivery of allocated projects within the L3Harris ASV site with full accountability for ensuring on-time and budget delivery to the required quality levels. Reporting to the Senior Leadership, the PM will provide the leadership and drive to a multi-functional project team accountable for meeting agreed customer requirements and project goals in line with the L3Harris business processes. What you'll bring The role requires the following experience and skills: - Demonstrable experience in a Project Management - Demonstrable track record of successfully delivery - Formally accredited Project Management qualifications e.g. APM/Prince 2/PMI or equivalent and able to demonstrate effective application of tools and techniques in a real environment - Strong people management and communication skills demonstrable within a project delivery scenario - Able to apply, analyse and report against project measures and data - Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and a technology/engineering appreciation (desirable) - Experience within the Defence and/or Marine domain (desirable) - Commercially astute with experience of developing/maintaining robust and pro-active customer relationships (desirable) - Experience in stakeholder and supplier management as well as project governance, risk and resource management (desirable) Important to know Applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment must meet the requirement of right to work in the UK and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will be subject to government security checks.
