HR and Recruitment Advisor Opportunity
Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division is seeking a skilled HR and Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Job Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on employee relations cases and coach managers on disciplinaries and grievances
* Develop and review recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
* Liaise with line managers to understand recruitment needs and support with advertising, shortlisting, and selection
* Support the HR team with employment issues and escalate to relevant HR members as needed
* Ensure all recruiting documents are up-to-date and adhered to
* Coach and advise line managers on company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Driving Licence
* Proven experience in recruitment and managing ER casework and policy development to achieve commercial results
* Solid understanding of HR best practice, employment legislation, recruitment, and onboarding
* Ability to influence and coach others to improve performance and deliver best practice
