Job Title: Business Administrator Location: Oldbury Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Contract Type: Perm / Full Time Sector: Manufacturing/ Distribution / Metal All CV’s to – (url removed) A specialist manufacturing company who supplies into many markets including, oil, gas, power, mechanical and building services, are seeking a Business Administrator to join their team. They work with companies within the UK, Europe and Far East, and you will be supporting the Sales and Finance departments with their Administration. Your place of work will be based at the UK head office in Oldbury. The hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. The duties of the Business Administrator will include: Sales order input Processing call off orders Support on export sales order input Shortfall purchasing when required Producing works orders when required Transfer of stock when required for sales orders Inputting any nett prices and discounts for customers Arranging booking and releasing goods with warehouse Invoicing Online invoices Purchase ledger and sales ledger Dealing with holiday and sickness General accounts queries Booking all carriers and freight Booking in deliveries with customers where required Support on export sales dispatching Returns of goods, restocking charges, stock checks liaising with warehouse Signing off all carrier invoices We are looking for a Business Administrator with: Experience within a similar role Experience and knowledge of basic finance Strong administration skills Excellent customer service skills You will be joining a company with a reputation for providing a friendly and professional service to its clients.
