Key responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include:
1. Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
2. Processing incoming purchase orders which includes liaising with the field based sales team
3. Analyse and apply Letters of Credit for bank presentations
4. Liaise with other internal departments to progress and make order processing efficient
5. Maintain & update CRM contacts database
6. Raising Debit/Credit notes when required
7. Produce third party commission forms for approval
