Description The Role Reporting to the Network Planning Manager. To assist in the maintenance of network assets including but not limited to; cages, stillages, totes, and dollies. Identify and repair faults effectively to support operational requirements. Log repairs through an RDT app and contribute to discussions around reducing damages. Complete and feedback daily counts for asset availability on site. Support hygiene activities within the department, ensuring cleaning standards are maintained to promote a safe and efficient working environment. Build effective working relationships with all partners and get involved in promoting Health and Safety within the operation. Support the Miniload team with the maintenance and tracking of their pick trolleys. Carry out other duties as required that are within capabilities, as directed by the site management team. The Person Must have an excellent attendance and timekeeping record. Working closely with site management, you must be reliable and able to demonstrate good temperament, patience, and a professional attitude toward the work at all times. Must be comfortable working independently and safely. Must be willing and able to work both inside and outside the warehouse, with the physical capability to handle cage movements between storage and operational areas. Must be an effective communicator with the ability to converse at all levels. Possess a working knowledge of RDT devices and WMS applications (e.g., Smarthub). Will have a proactive, motivated approach to work with strong interpersonal skills.
