You will be working for SecuriCare (Medical) Limited, a Home Delivery Service for stoma products. Working to support a team of Patient Development Specialists, this busy and varied role will involve you in all aspects of administration and telephone work. You will deliver excellent customer service to internal/external customers. You will have a high level of accuracy as this role is to ensure that all scripts are handled and checked effectively and efficiently to provide the business with full payment monthly. You will ensure all work is completed and up to date by month end to ensure payment can be made. Your duties will also involve phoning patients to remind them to place their orders, arranging delivery of their supplies, and calling GP surgeries to discuss prescriptions while being available to take incoming calls. You will work to targets as set by your Team Leader.
You will behave in a professional manner at all times and build professional relationships with customers that will enhance the Company’s quality image.
Office-based; however, following successful training, post holders will be able to apply to work remotely on an 80/20 split (80% office, 20% home).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Processing electronic prescriptions and liaising with patients to arrange delivery of supplies.
* Reminder calls to patients to order supplies.
* Processing orders.
* Working to targets set by Team Leader.
* Performing other duties as may be reasonably requested by Team Leader.
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Methodical approach to work.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Reliable, inquisitive, and enthusiastic.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Excellent communication, both oral and written.
* Good organizational skills.
* Experience of MS Office.
* Telephone-based customer service background.
* Experience working to targets.
