Graduate IT Support Engineer (1st Line) Location: Swansea Salary: Up to £25,000 Aztrum is pleased to be working with a leading MSP based in Swansea Our client provides a variety of IT services including IT Support, Cloud Computing, Business Continuity and many others for businesses nationwide. They currently have an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team; this role offers professional training, a clear path for progression & more. No industry experience is required Your daily duties may include: 1st / 2nd / 3rd Line duties. Complete incident & service requests to within SLA standards for clients. Receiving first-contact phone calls and maintaining the relationship until ticket resolution. Maintaining documentation of ticketing systems. Managing and support of IT infrastructure. Liaising with suppliers & third-party IT firms. Requirements: Graduate Degree, 2.1 or higher. Knowledge of technical tools or languages (SQL query, SQL Server, Windows OS) is desirable but not essential. Excellent written & spoken English.
