Job summary Exciting opportunity for a Full Time Team Manager position within the Gateshead Psychiatric Liaison Team, based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Full Time role with flexibility to support candidates with condensed working hours, for example, 4 x 8am-6pm shifts, across Monday to Sunday, alongside service need. Alternatively, working hours would ordinarily be across Monday to Friday normal working hours (9-5pm) should condensed hours not be required. The Team Manager is responsible and accountable for providing safe, effective care and an efficient service, to patients and their carers who live within the community. Key aspects of the role include monitoring the performance and quality of the service the team delivers. Alongside clinical leadership and effective day-to-day management of the team, commitment to promoting recovery and maximising independence and fulfilling wider management responsibilities as required by the organisation.
