About the Head of Partnerships Role The Head of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new partnerships, as well as nurturing and expanding existing relationships to drive increased bookings and revenue for the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of our Partnership strategy for Forge Holiday Group and its Agency (Sykes Holiday Cottages), Caravans (UKcaravans4hire) and Specialist Operator Divisions (Forest Holidays). The role will include acting as a stakeholder on key projects, delivery of agreed objectives and key results, and driving growth from our offsite channels. As our Head of Partnerships, you will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills who can build rapport with colleagues and key external contacts. You will have a commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and act upon them with thoughtful prioritisation. In addition to this you will be able to identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business and demonstrate excellent teamwork. Responsibilities: Leadership : Develop and communicate a unified vision for partnerships across the Forge Holiday Group. Collaboration : Work closely with senior leaders across marketing, product, tech, and operations to ensure customer-centric strategies. Data Integration : Use customer insights, analytics, and data to inform decision making. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding our partner engagement strategy. Team Development : Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on achieving core objectives and SMART goals in booking growth, cost per acquisition and contribution. Excellent Relationship-Building Skills: Skilled in cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK travel market, customer behaviour, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Project Management Expertise: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within set timelines. Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in utilising analytics and insights to inform strategic choices and drive business growth. Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate favourable terms and manage complex partnership agreements.
