Responsibilities:
* Servicing clients, understanding their requirements, challenges, and expectations - adding value wherever possible.
* Sourcing candidates, building relationships within your social networks.
* Advertising all roles on job boards and the company website.
* Running your own individual marketing campaign to attract top talent and referrals.
* Developing new and existing business, building long-lasting relationships with key client contacts.
Requirements:
* Educated to a degree standard or able to demonstrate a level of commitment and resilience.
* Commercial awareness and driven by results.
* A can-do positive attitude and a desire to continue personal and professional development.
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will get:
