About the Role:
As a Junior Recruitment Administrator, you’ll support our recruitment team in delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with posting job advertisements and managing applications.
• Supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Maintaining and updating candidate records in the database.
• Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and clients.
• Assisting with compliance tasks, ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standards.
• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience is required, but any exposure to administration or recruitment is a plus!
