Residential Management Group's Summer Internship programme aims to support local schools and colleges in preparing young people for work, by providing a summer placement with aim of contributing to early talent and apprenticeship programmes and assist the business with defined projects over the summer months. If you are a student or recent graduate looking for experience working in a large business, this role is for you Role Purpose: The Summer Intern will support various teams across the company with business support tasks and work with teams to help achieve goals within defined projects Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and management tasks. Support teams with projects and administrative tasks. Help prepare reports and presentations. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas. Provide general office support, including filing and organizing documents. Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes. Complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies. Skills and Qualifications: Essential: Basic IT skills, including MS Office Suite. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to complete tasks independently. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Preferred: Previous work experience. Good organizational skills.
