Responsibilities
* Provide Technical SEO consultancy to clients and adapt recommendations to clients' specific platforms set up.
* Undertake in-depth audits of client websites to discover opportunities for optimization and improve the ‘health’ of client websites.
* Advise clients on accessibility & indexability, content management systems, information architecture, site speed, and usability.
* Build business cases to support clients in prioritization of SEO fixes within development sprints.
* Give clear and specific direction to clients' development teams interacting with them on ticket management systems such as Jira.
* Review and test tickets implementation.
* Using analytics tools (GA4, Adobe, GSC) or internal reports provide clear and actionable insights and monitor campaign results.
* Ensure that projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and client business requirements.
* Mentor juniors and take part in agency knowledge-share sessions.
* Assist the SEO Director in the preparation and delivery of pitches to existing and prospective clients.
Minimum Requirements
* 4+ years of experience.
* Experience of managing large, complex SEO accounts across different verticals.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of Technical SEO including working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Good knowledge of SEO Tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
* High level of competence using Analytics platforms including Google and Adobe.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
* Can translate complex technical concepts making them accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficient Looker Studio/Tableau and data visualization tools user.
* Proficient Microsoft Excel user.
* Communicates effectively both orally and in written form.
* Always learning and sharing attitude.
* Always testing and analyzing results.
Great to have
* More in-depth knowledge in a scripting language such as JavaScript or Python or SQL.
