Fund Services Senior Commercial Relationship Manager
Our client, a leading service and software provider to the global investment fund industry, is currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Relationship Manager (with cross-sell ability) to manage the global relationships with leading Asset Management clients which are domiciled across the globe, but headquartered in London.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the client relationship with the objective of securing existing business and winning new ones.
* Pro-actively lead and execute sales and strategic campaigns in the firm’s product suite.
* Establish strong, long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers.
* Be a senior influencer and mentor in the wider team of client, sales, and technical specialists.
* Provide domain expertise relative to the fund management segment.
Experience:
* Proven track record in the fund servicing industry with a deep understanding of fund, insurance, and asset management (fund distribution expertise would be beneficial).
* At least 5 – 10 years’ RM/business development experience covering UK, Ireland (and US if possible) selling back and middle office/data services to fund managers or managing the relationships with those clients (i.e., strategic stakeholder management).
* A strong capability to build successful sales strategies.
* A strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and strategic KPI’s.
* Understanding of main regulations such as MIFID, PRIIPs, SFDR.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages would be beneficial).
* Strong academic background and positive, collaborative approach.
