1. Good organisation skills and time management
2. 6 months or more experience working inhouse or agency side
3. Ability to analyse data through using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
4. Develop and implement a link building strategy
5. Experience of researching and running a digital PR campaign
6. Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
7. Understand the importance of keyword research and the process behind it
8. Basic knowledge and experience of using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and more
9. Basic understanding of Technical SEO and the importance for SEO performance
10. Attention to detail when analysing a site and investigating opportunities to increase organic performance
11. Experience with Excel/Google sheets
12. Energy and enthusiasm with an ability to learn quickly
13. Articulate and concise communication skills
14. A desire to be a team player
15. A proven track record of successful deliveries with deadlines
