Job Description
3. Overseeing organisational compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
4. Produce and or amend schedules in line with requirements.
5. Input data, maintain records, and report data.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to compliance functions.
7. Assist in the development of organisational policies and procedures.
8. Prepare compliance reports for internal management and regulatory bodies.
9. Contribute to the creation and implementation of compliance training materials.
10. Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent compliance practices.
11. Keep informed about industry developments and regulations.
12. Support the secretarial and business support department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Administrator should have:
13. Experience within an Administrative vacancy or similar.
14. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
16. Understanding of GDPR.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
18. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
