Lead Software Developer - Hybrid
I'm currently working with a successful transport company based in the Southeast of England, who have an exciting project opening. They are looking for a Lead Developer to build an internal platform that will streamline day-to-day operations. There is also potential for the platform to be adopted by other companies in the industry and evolve into a market-leading solution.
Candidates must be based in the Essex area, as the role requires 2-3 days in the office each week. You'll have the autonomy to build the platform using the technologies you're most experienced with.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain an internal routing and control software platform to manage transport operations and staff rosters.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure the platform meets operational needs and can scale as the business grows.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a track record of building and maintaining internal software platforms.
* Familiarity with CMS systems, especially Monday.com.
* Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential.
* Expertise in developing for Android/iOS and Desktop platforms is a must.
* Solid experience with cloud technologies.
