Permanent Grade 5 - £40,221 - £48,474 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week A pivotal role within the Housing Service, you will assist the Head of Asset Management and Maintenance in managing technical functions and building surveying contracts. Your responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of the Housing Service, monitoring staff performance, implementing procedural changes, assessing housing needs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. You will create a positive work environment, manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and administer contracts to achieve the objectives of Asset Management and Maintenance.
