SIGN & GRAPHICS PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is a Sign and Graphics leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality signage solutions that help businesses stand out. With a strong commitment to creativity, precision, and customer satisfaction, they specialise in delivering impactful signage for diverse industries. They are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and drive the signage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Project Planning & Execution:
Manage end-to-end signage projects, including design, production, and installation.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client requirements.Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
Address client feedback and resolve project-related issues promptly.Team Coordination:
Collaborate with Designers, production teams, and Installers to ensure seamless project execution.
Allocate resources effectively and manage workloads across teams.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Monitor projects to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
Conduct site visits as needed to oversee installations and troubleshoot challenges.
Risk & Budget Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.Qualifications & Skills
Experience managing projects, in the signage industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages .
Familiarity with signage production processes, materials, and installation techniques.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Relevant trade accreditations I.e. SSSTS
Knowledge of Risk and Method statement document presentation
