Job Description
* Manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable
* Ensure timely collection of payments
* Conduct credit checks on potential customers
* Negotiate payment plans with customers
* Resolve customer queries related to payments and account balances
* Prepare reports on account status and collection activities
* Collaborate with the sales team to establish credit terms for new customers
* Comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and industry standards
