Job Title: Visual Merchandiser
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week.
Role Overview: As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring environment that encourages customers to explore their personal style. You will implement the visual identity, drive routines, support selling activities, and assist the team in delivering a Customer First Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the store in achieving a customer-first experience by creating a visual identity according to H&M guidelines.
2. Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
3. Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
4. Monitor Store KPIs and initiate actions to meet business targets, goals, and budgets.
Qualifications:
* Experience in visual merchandising and management.
* A passion for profitability and people.
Additional Information:
* Availability to work fully flexible 5 days a week, including weekends. This position is based in Oxfordshire.
