We are delighted to be working with a well-established independent surveyor, who specialise in estate management, sporting consulting, and asset management based near Banbury. They have been running for over 30 years and are now looking to take on a Personal Assistant to help one of the Directors with the day-to-day running of the business.
What will the role involve?
* To work with Director to assist with workload (typing or forwarding of dictations to Virtual PA; amending & sending as required)
* The booking/co-ordination of meetings
* Inbox management and review of all company inboxes
* Processing of incoming and outgoing post
* Filing of documentation into the SharePoint system & hardcopy filing
* Updating the staff rota
* Weekly review and drafting of fee accounts
* Management and review of the Fuel Genie account for Motor Vehicle Fleet
* Printing purchase & sales invoices weekly
* Review of invoices with Management team and distribution of these to Accountants
* Ordering any stationary/kitchen supplies
* Review and processing of "Virtual" Credit Card Receipts to reconcile against monthly statements & expense claims monthly
* Booking accommodation/flights and travel
* Briefing events planned and catering arrangements
* Supporting any new starters - drafting up contracts/organising equipment/email to payroll with relevant information
* Various Ad hoc tasks as and when required
