Specific responsibilities: Maintaining Time and Attendance system (Kronos) / Recording all time and attendance information (Koran's) and end of month reporting General administration: filing, scanning, photocopying etc. for all manufacturing areas Raising and receiving purchase orders Covering reception Covering the planning function (training will be provided) Maintaining training records and ensuring all documented sign off sheets are completed (Training matrix Nvolve) Liaising with suppliers of direct purchase items such as Films, Glue and Cores Checking accuracy and completing administration for Hygiene records Checking stock and re-order administration Supporting Manufacturing Manager with any administration / reporting requirements HR tasks and any other ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the businessAdditional Information: All employees have a responsibility to co-operate and maintain the EMS.
