We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Paraplanner to join a leading Wealth Management firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company at its growth stage, with future career progression opportunities offered. Your primary role is to provide a full professional and technical support function to Wealth Planners, alongside supporting a team of 6 Paraplanners. Key responsibilities will include: Undertake appropriate, accurate and relevant research, based on the information gathered by the Wealth Planner Undertake accurate calculations and cash-flow modelling where needed to support recommendations. Prepare suitability reports and letters for the Wealth Planners Ensure that drafted suitability reports and other communications are clear, fair, and not misleading. Draft and co-ordinate technical documents and research for client presentation. Act as a reference point for team concerns/queries, escalating to the Paraplanning Team Leader where appropriate. Assist with training of new team members, providing extra support and oversight for those new in role. Support, motivate and coach team in a collaborative way. Share knowledge to the benefit of the team and/or wider business. Any applicants for this role will need to be Level 4 Diploma qualified in Regulated Financial Planning.
