Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Tillingham Wines. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the food and beverage offerings, hiring staff, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Hiring and Communication skills
* Experience in Food & Beverage management
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Knowledge of biodynamic farming practices is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but experience is most important.
* Familiarity with EPOS & relevant systems
