About the Role: This role is ideal for psychology graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in education, particularly if they have aspirations to work in teaching, educational psychology, or a related field. You will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and emotional development. Key Responsibilities: Work with students across various year groups, offering targeted support to enhance their learning experiences. Assist in the classroom, supporting teachers with lesson delivery and engaging students in activities. Provide one-to-one and small group interventions for students who may require additional help, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Utilize your psychology background to implement strategies that support student well-being and resilience. Contribute to the development and execution of behavior management plans tailored to individual needs. Support the creation of an inclusive learning environment, fostering confidence and motivation among students. Collaborate with staff to monitor and report on student progress, sharing insights that inform personalized learning strategies.
