Position : Account Manager Salary Range : £32,000-£36,000 (based on experience) Location : Leeds City Centre Hours : 37.5/week (flexitime) Location: Hybrid, including 2 days a week in our office in Leeds Line Manager: Director We're looking for an Account Manager to join the Good n' Proper team. You'll work with B2C and B2B brands alongside specialists in both content marketing and paid media. Here's what your day-to-day will look like (when you're at work anyway, there's no expectation for your Saturday to look like this): Communicating and building positive relationships in a natural, personal way; both with clients and internally Managing client expectations on work and deadlines Offering strategic and commercial advice to clients, that will positively impact their business Being the owner of internal project management tools and helping to manage team workloads. Ensuring that work is delivered to deadline and that creative work meets the brief Providing useful feedback and updates to clients Scrutinising incoming project briefs and writing proposals Looking after budgets and managing profitability at Account Level Researching trends and upselling opportunities to clients Bringing campaigns together and reporting on performance About you Everyone’s different.
