Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, Greater London, Uxbridge Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored individual or small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement personalised learning strategies based on students' specific needs Assist students in improving academic performance and developing essential skills Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met Required Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Education: Degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN policies and procedures Knowledge of various teaching strategies for students with SEN Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in specific SEN areas Experience in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work closely with students, teachers, and parents May require travel to different educational settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
