Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 0h Casual (Zero Hours)
Contract type: A zero hour contract with no guarantee of regular hours, and no obligation to work hours offered.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Taproom Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our taprooms, and contributing to a positive and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Essential selection criteria:
1. Passion for personal customer service and a professional attitude.
2. Good eye for detail.
3. Eagerness to learn.
4. A high standard of cleanliness.
5. Highly organised, punctual and capable of time management.

7. A desire to grow and gain new experiences and skills.
Desirable selection criteria:
1. At least 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry.
2. Relevant industry qualifications such as WSET / Cicerone.
3. Specific experience in high quality craft beer service.
4. Experience in the service of cocktails, wines and spirits.
