To support and develop a skilled, capable, well trained and confident workforce across the homes. Ensure virtual training is well delivered and support provided as and when required. When you are not delivering virtual training this role will support with administration tasks for the training department. This role will be mainly based at central services but where virtual training is delivered on the evening or weekend, you can work at home. Some of the responsibilities for the Virtual Trainer /Training Administrator role include: To deliver first class training sessions. Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner. To ensure your Homes meet training KPI’s and support them to do so. Maintain the monthly training schedule. Produce, maintain, and adapt training materials used as and when required in conjunction with other Regional Trainers to ensure a consistent approach across all training delivery. Keep comprehensive and up to date records of training delivered, and to ensure efficient communication with the Training admin team ensuring the LMS (YourHippo) is accurate. Use weekly stats to guide and advise which homes require additional support to achieve good mandatory training compliance KPI’s. Please refer to the job description for full responsibilities. About You: We are looking for a proactive and confident person who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of virtual training & administration. You will have: Experience of health and social care Excellent understanding of the care profession, CQC regulations and the delivery of excellent care Qualified trainer OR willingness to obtain Good administrative skills A natural people person who thrives on delivering great training A practical understanding of good and outstanding care Ability to Understanding KPI’s and stats to drive KPI improvements. Ability to build excellent working relationships with our care Home Managers and staff. Plan and prioritise workload and own administration so that deadlines and standards are met Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude with drive and self-motivation. Good IT skills with the ability to deliver virtual training via MS Teams. Accuracy and attention to detail including good written and verbal skills. Understands and embraces speed of response.
