This role involves managing the operational processes of seasonal updates, ensuring all store installations are aligned with brand standards, and supporting the execution of visual displays in retail environments. The VISUAL MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive brand consistency across all locations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success for this position. WHAT YOU DO: Project Management: Manage all internal and vendor project timelines, flagging key milestones and deadlines for each phase of a project. Identify potential delays and develop strategies to keep projects on track. Update project trackers regularly to reflect project status. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Navigate and organize artwork review process with internal department and cross functional teams including senior leadership. Seasonal update support: Manage project tracker / CPA on smartsheet for all seasonal updates Manage tester order and delivery process to vendors for newness Manage kitting and quality control check process for SIS kits prior to dispatch Update file databases as needed for seasonal updates: A.I. Planograms, store door distribution files, instruction sheets, rendering distribution Send instruction sheets PODS to regional teams field merchandisers Manage track seasonal update snags / questions from field teams Quarterly store visits across North / South regions post seasonal update to assess installation Collate and audit seasonal update installation photos and communicate feedback to regional teams / vendors Maintenance: Manage end to end process of repair and maintenance from initial request through to production and delivery to store Order testers / factices required for maintenance parts and submit tracking / POD’s to vendor Refine SIS Gondola maintenance briefing process with retailers and counter managers, ensuring all requests are submitted through smartsheet / the store maintenance portal. Refine and manage maintenance process with vendors, ensuring requests are tracked and regular updates are provided with PODs for each request. Manage guideline pack and share with new starters. Compliance and Standards Ensure all visual merchandising activations comply with brand guidelines and company standards. Conduct regular audits on all existing doors, to ensure consistency and quality of fixtures across all retail locations. Ensure unique merchandising displays in luxury SIS locations are updated and maintained (i.e. back walls, hero walls, gifting displays). Help evolve internal processes for updates. Own execution and post-installation reports. New Door Openings / Shop in Shops: Complete New Door Opening reports & procedures: including merchandising block orders, coordinating delivery/ordering of tester / hygiene / factice kits, document before/after pictures, oversee after-market care/ punch lists and strategize future space plans. Store Management: Manage in/out store distribution list Attend all new store openings to merchandise and assess installation/ snagging (Space NK / Seph UK / SIS). Monthly store visits. Spending time with the teams in store, engaging with counter staff on maintenance and VM needs. Finance and Budget: Seek approval from manager for PO’s, raise in netsuite and save to drive. Receive once approved. Input all PO’s into PO tracker. Monitor and compare budgeted vs. actual expenditures, reporting under/overspend to manager. Submit monthly accruals to accounting.
