This is a varied role where you will provide both technical and non-technical analytic support to ensure the business maintains high data standards. You’ll develop and implement technical solutions to analytic challenges, leading data governance analysis. Collaborating with colleagues, you’ll advise on data management and centralise the Group’s metadata. You will also identify and create Data Quality Rules to maintain data quality across teams. Supporting the Data Assurance Lead Analyst, you'll contribute to the delivery of strategic change programs and assist in developing and monitoring data and analytics metrics related to operational performance, data quality, and data management maturity. Some of the things we are looking for: Data Analysis Expertise: Demonstrable skills in data analysis with a passion for data quality and continuous improvement Technical Proficiency: Experience in T-SQL, along with modelling and other scripting languages Agile and DevOps Experience: Experience working in an Agile SCRUM and/or DevOps environment Master Data Management: Working knowledge of Master Data Management best practices and the creation of Master Records from disparate data sets Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and a natural curiosity about data Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex data, ideas, and solutions effectively to a non-technical audience Although this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to our Group offices or other locations as.
