The Role
As an Account Director/Senior Account Director, you’ll hold a pivotal leadership position at Aver, reporting directly to the Client Services Director and Founder.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth and development of the business while delivering outstanding PR outcomes for a portfolio of clients.
You’ll lead the creation and execution of strategic communications plans, using your expertise to advise clients, secure top-tier media opportunities, and manage proactive campaigns.
A natural collaborator, you’ll mentor a talented team, ensure smooth account operations, and contribute to a thriving company culture.
With a strong commercial focus, you’ll support business growth by contributing to new business development, pitches, and diversification initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, leadership, and a deep passion for the property and built environment sectors.

* Extensive PR expertise: demonstrable experience in a senior position within a public relations and communications agency, with a strong track record in the built environment and property.
* Sector knowledge: extensive background in the built environment, including areas such as offices, residential, ESG, transport, or regeneration.
