SEN / SEND Tutors Required in Berkshire
We are committed to improving the quality of education provided to young people with Special Education Needs (SEN) and/or Disabilities (SEND), as well as those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and other additional educational requirements.
In partnership with local authorities and schools, we support children and young people with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

About the Role
We are seeking experienced SEN / SEND tutors who share our passion for delivering high-quality education to disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. As an SEN / SEND tutor, you will provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with diverse learning needs, using a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed approach.
* Deliver 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to individual students' needs
* Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to promote academic growth and confidence
* Collaborate with our SEN / SEND Support Team to ensure seamless student support
Requirements
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS)
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with students with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other additional educational needs
* Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
* Ability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people
