We are excited to be working with one of our Clients on the recruitment of Sheet Metal Workers to join them on a permanent basis in Manchester!
Responsibilities Include:
1. Removal of major aircraft structural sections, whilst stress jacked.
2. Working to fine tolerances and high standards.
3. Upholding high standards of housekeeping.
4. Adhering to company and manufacturers procedures.
5. Implementing modifications from drawings and procedures.
Requirements:
6. Completed aircraft engineering apprenticeship, production or Live aircraft.
7. Ideally 5 years live aircraft and structures experience.
8. Experience in aircraft modification/production environment
9. Experience of implementing and carrying out aircraft component modifications.
10. Experienced and capable of reading manufacturers drawings and SRMs.
11. Good communication and organisational skills
12. Knowledge of MS Office applications.
