Administrator - 12 months FTC
This proactive role will support key business operations, including hotel bookings, training administration, and communication with internal and external parties.
The company has a global reputation as a leader in its field, with multiple sites across Europe. This role is based at their engineering service site in Luton.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
Experience using SAP or an equivalent system is also required to efficiently manage procurement, invoicing, and operational processes.
Key responsibilities include managing accommodation bookings, processing training requests, handling service consumables, and ensuring smooth invoicing and procurement. You will also assist with fleet administration, engineer reports, and office logistics to support daily operations.
The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to accommodate important commitments. A hybrid working model is available after completing a six-month probation period.
