Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage and inspire a team of frontline practitioners in our London Children and Young Person’s (CYP) Victim Service. This role involves mobilising services, ensuring contractual compliance, and designing innovative interventions to support young people.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality line management and supervision.
* Engaging stakeholders to deliver impactful services.
* Managing budgets and ensuring efficient resource use.
* Overseeing service monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
* Promoting diversity and ensuring inclusive service delivery.
Qualifications
You have a confident and professional approach, with:
* Leadership and management experience.
* Knowledge of offender rehabilitation pathways and risk management.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving outcomes.
A qualification in a relevant field (e.g., criminology, social care) and experience working with disadvantaged individuals or in the criminal justice system are desirable.

Contract: Fixed term cover for 9 months
Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £38,000
Location: Based from one of our Community hubs in London with frequent travel across London.
Screening: Successful admission to post subject to enhanced DBS check, and employer Right To Work in the UK check. The post-holder must have right to work in the UK. Catch22 does not currently provide a licence to sponsor visas but please see this register to see those that do. This check does not require an NPPV (non-police personnel vetting) check.
