This new full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home. Summary of the role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team at the University of Exeter Sports Office. You will work as part of a team to provide an efficient, professional and courteous administration function to our customers including memberships, swim school, bookings and finance support. This includes supporting other departments within Sport. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service and supporting the smooth running of the front of house service alongside our customer service advisors. A friendly yet professional demeanour is desirable. Experience of working in a similar environment and dealing with a varied cross-section of customers is essential.
