Our client is looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join them on permanent basis.
Location – LE18
Pay Rate - £26k-£28k
Purpose of the Role:
The Mortgage Administrator will support the Head of Sales Support by managing the mortgage application process from submission to completion. This role ensures efficient communication with stakeholders, compliance with regulations, and helps customers achieve their dream home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with advisers, customers, builders, surveyors, and lenders to ensure smooth progression of mortgage cases.
* Case Management: Support the process from lender submission to exchange/completion, keeping all parties informed and resolving issues.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance.
* Reporting & Updates: Update weekly introducer reports and provide administrative support to other departments.
