Maidstone - Supervisor - Retail Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week Our Site Director, Ivor and his team at Maidstone Services on the M20 near Maidstone are looking for an energetic and adaptable Supervisor to join their Retail team. You will be part of our historic WHSmith brand dating back to 1792. You will be carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop whilst also supporting our Gaming area. You will be supervising high standards of display and visual merchandising helping customers find what they're looking for easily. Due to the sale of tobacco and alcohol products, you must be over the age of 18. We offer working patterns on either a Full or Part Time basis, with a variety of shifts available. Our pay rates will vary depending on your age. What will set you apart? It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory customer facing role before, ideally in a retail environment but this is not required.
