* Site based role across 4-5 hospitals focused across North London - Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington
Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop the strength of our delivery team aligned against a new Healthcare contract across North London, comprising of 5 hospitals and a number of associated buildings.
We have gone live with the contract, offering a full range of soft services from cleaning, portering, mailroom to catering, employing hundreds of staff from service teams to the Account Lead.
The contract is complex and has tight KPIs to work towards; therefore, the Compliance Manager is required to exclusively focus on this. The contracts place great emphasis on the need for accurate, reliable, and timely information.
This information has two main purposes: first, to demonstrate achievement against the performance criteria specified within the Main Agreement to avoid penalty deductions; second, to allow better-informed decisions to be made and to support and encourage a regular process of continuous performance and cost improvement.
The post holder is expected to maintain and propose further developments of the recording and information systems used within the contract and to share developmental experience with others in similar positions working within other contracts.
This is a fantastic role for a developing Compliance professional familiar with the facilities industry, working in a stimulating, long-term, and well-resourced contract for a world-class employer.
Specific actions will include:
* Responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of Statutory and Legislative Compliance across the contract and for bringing this to the attention of managers and staff.
* Undertake research on technical matters pertaining to contractual or service compliance and liaise with internal experts as appropriate.
* Responsibility for monitoring the use of internal business systems within the contract and ensuring compliance with the systems (as defined and measured by formal central audits).
* Manage the process of carrying out site-instigated audits, the Flag Audits, and plan training/rectification actions by relevant Service Departments to improve audit scores.
* Assist Service Managers with the development of new systems, where appropriate, and site-specifying of standard ISS systems, where appropriate, with the involvement of the central Audit Department.
* Attend Project Co and/or Trust Compliance Meetings and Reviews and liaise as required.
* Attend an agreed random amount of Trust audits in relation to the Service Level Specifications.
* Attend Trust/Project Co Service Performance Reviews (as required).
* To record contractual variation Register/Requests.
We need from you:
* Similar experience in a comparable role in the FM sector, with a sound attitude, attention to detail, and a strong ability to analyze data.
