Operations Director

Somerset Community Foundation is looking for an experienced Operations Director to deliver business-critical leadership and manage and inspire colleagues.

The organisation is looking for an Operations Director to deliver business-critical leadership, ensuring that their internal operations are robust, effective, and support their 2025-2035 strategy.
From leading on setting strategic budgets and financial reporting to organisational development, performance analysis, infrastructure systems, and governance, the post-holder will provide best-in-class organisational assurance.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a relevant senior management role, as well as experience of contributing to senior decision-making within an organisation. They will have knowledge of setting and managing organisational budgets, and of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Salary: £47.5-£51k per annum (FTE)
Weekly hours: 30-37.5
