Resident Services work closely with their customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care. As a Tenancy Advisor you will be working within the Commercial function to provide their residents with a first point of contact for all tenancy related queries. Responsibilities Respond to tenancy related enquiries from the Groups residents. Provide a front-line service to support the management of reported tenancy enforcement cases. Prepare and provide accurate information on tenants rights and responsibilities. Work with other teams to provide a seamless service to residents. Work with the Foundation to maximise referrals for residents whose tenancies maybe at risk.
