As Talent Acquisition Partner for our Wrexham facility, you will partner closely with our manufacturing, R&D, HR, and Financial Shared Services teams to identify and select key talent for our organisation. In This Role You Will Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and tools. Foster relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. This position serves as one of the first points of contact a potential employee has with Ipsen, requiring an individual that can communicate with individuals at all levels. Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a pharmaceutical or aligned context. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ipsen work on a hybrid basis, with 60% of your time spent at work, and 40% from home.
